I’m Carly White, the founder and owner of Soaring Holidays. Before stepping into the world of travel full-time, I spent years working as a dental hygienist—an experience that taught me the importance of precision, attention to detail, and caring for people in moments when they need calm and reassurance. Those qualities have shaped every part of how I run my agency today.

I started Soaring Holidays in 2020 from my dining room table with a simple goal: to help people travel better, with less stress and more joy. What began as something small quickly grew into a thriving agency of more than 50 incredible advisors and over $8 million in travel sales. As we’ve expanded into corporate travel, destination weddings, group trips, and curated global experiences, my mission has stayed the same—to deliver elevated, personalized service that truly supports each client and each advisor.

I’m passionate about building systems, providing mentorship, and creating an environment where advisors feel empowered to grow. I love taking complex travel plans and breaking them down into simple, seamless experiences, whether I’m helping a family plan their dream vacation or guiding an advisor through a major milestone in their business.

At the heart of it all, I believe travel should feel effortless, inspired, and tailored to each person’s goals. Leading Soaring Holidays has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I’m proud of the community and culture we’ve created together.
